Order Processing Time
Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST (Las Vegas time) will be treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
As a licensed sales representative, our products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses located throughout the United States. Once your order is placed, it is transmitted to the nearest available warehouse for processing, handling, and shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once processed, most in-stock orders are delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

If your order is delayed beyond normal timeframes, we will contact you via email with updates and provide available options, including replacement or cancellation with a full refund if applicable.
Shipping Locations
We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional cost.

Shipping Carriers & Freight Delivery
Due to the size and weight of HVAC equipment, most orders are shipped via FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or other LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.
Freight deliveries require:

A valid physical address (no P.O. boxes)

A working phone number for delivery scheduling

Someone available to receive and inspect the shipment
Some shipments may be delivered curbside. Additional services such as liftgate or inside delivery may be available depending on the carrier and location.
Delivery Inspection & Damaged Shipments
IMPORTANT: Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage:

Refuse the shipment whenever possible, OR

Clearly note “Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing
If damage is discovered after delivery:

Notify us within 48 hours at sells@aaminisplits.com
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a claim.
Please note:
Damage during shipping can affect the performance and warranty of HVAC systems, including mini split air conditioners. Accepting a visibly damaged unit may void manufacturer's warranty coverage.
We strongly encourage customers to refuse any shipment that appears damaged.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a product has been delivered to the address provided, it is considered delivered.
Customers are responsible for:

Being available at the time of delivery or arranging for an authorized recipient

Coordinating delivery with all parties at the delivery location

Providing accurate shipping information
Any shipment accepted at the delivery address will be considered successfully delivered and subject to our return policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before they are processed and sent to the warehouse.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and standard return policies will apply.
Delays & Order Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
