Thank you for shopping with A&A Mini Splits. We strive to provide high-quality products and clear expectations regarding returns and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Request & Approval Timeline

Return Request Window:
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.

Return Authorization (RMA):
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact us at sells@aaminisplits.com or 1-888-563-0911. Include your order number, name, and the item you wish to return.

Returns sent without an approved RMA will be refused, and no refund will be issued.

Return Completion Window:
Once an RMA is issued, the item must be shipped within 14 days and received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns received after this timeframe may be refused.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a product has been delivered to the address provided, it is considered delivered. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Being available at the time of delivery or ensuring an authorized recipient is present

  • Coordinating delivery with all parties at the delivery location

  • Accepting delivery at the address provided during checkout

Products delivered to the provided address are considered successfully delivered and are subject to this return policy and applicable manufacturer guidelines.

Eligibility & Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • All original parts, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included

Indications of use include (but are not limited to):

  • Scratches, cracks, dirt, or odors

  • Signs of installation or modification

Any item that has been installed, assembled, used, modified, or damaged will not be eligible for return and may be refused.

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA within 7 days of delivery

  2. Ship the item within 14 days of RMA approval

  3. Ensure the item is properly packaged and insured

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • If the item shows signs of use or damage, no refund will be issued

  • If the return is not approved after inspection, you will be contacted

  • You are responsible for return shipping if you want the item shipped back to you

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If damage is visible at delivery:

  • Refuse delivery when possible

  • Note “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt

If damage is discovered after delivery:

  • Notify us within 3 business days at sells@aaminisplits.com or 1-888-563-0911

For freight shipments:

  • Report damage or missing items within 48 hours

  • Failure to report within this timeframe may limit claim eligibility

If damage is verified and covered under manufacturer's warranty, we will assist in repair or replacement.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

Additional deductions may include:

  • Original outbound shipping costs (if “free shipping” was included)

  • Prepaid return labels or freight arranged on your behalf

  • Non-refundable delivery services (expedited shipping, white glove, etc.)

Missed scheduled carrier pickups may result in additional fees.

Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Restocking fees cover manufacturer charges, inspection, processing, and handling costs.

Please note:

  • Some manufacturers may impose higher restocking fees based on their policies

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any outbound or return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

Final refund amounts will reflect all applicable deductions after inspection.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Please allow 14–30 business days for inspection and processing

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement

Refunds will be issued minus:

  • Restocking fees

  • Shipping costs

  • Payment processing fees

Order Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not entered fulfillment.

Once fulfillment begins:

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed

  • Approval depends on supplier's processing status

If an order cannot be canceled:

  • It will ship as scheduled

  • Standard return policies will apply

Payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Website Accuracy & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Errors may occur

  • We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to pricing errors

Product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates. Minor variations do not qualify for refunds unless functionality is affected.
