The MRCOOL DIY 4th Gen 12,000 BTU Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump is the ultimate solution for year-round home comfort. It includes a 12K air handler, 12K condenser, and a 25 ft. pre-charged line set equipped with Fast Connection® fittings—eliminating the need for special tools or professional installation.
Equipped with a variable-speed DC inverter compressor and running on advanced, eco-friendly R-454B refrigerant, this system delivers energy-efficient performance with up to 22 SEER. It’s capable of operating in extreme climates, cooling down to -13°F and heating up to 75°F. Control it your way—whether with the included remote, your smartphone, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant via the SmartHVAC app.
