Klimaire’s redesigned ceiling cassette ductless air conditioner units are recessed with a “hidden” design and easily installed in a 33.1” x 33.1” ceiling grid. KTIR units are ideal for commercial spaces like restaurants and retail stores. The unit’s off-white decorative panel blends easily with room and ceiling design. Each recessed ceiling cassette unit disperses air with an auto swing louver in 360-degree airflow for balanced comfort. A built-in condensate pump provides flexible and easy installation. Great features that the KTIR ceiling cassette units’ offer are follow me function, temperature compensation switch, powerful turbo fan operation, sleep mode, 5-degree low ambient heating/cooling just to name a few options that can be accessed with the remote control. Self-diagnosis and the unit’s off-white decorative panel makes maintenance simple and easier for a durable unit.

KSIR | Outdoor Unit
KSIR036-H218-O is a compact outdoor unit that requires minimal ground space and can be mounted to a wall with a wall mounting bracket (see accessories). Pre-charged up to 25 feet of refrigerant piping. An automatic defrost prevents condensation from freezing and damaging the compressor. The built-in base pan heater ensures reliable operation in temperature as low as 5º F. A built-in crank case heater protects your compressor for a longer lifespan.
