The indoor fan coil unit can be installed either flat against the ceiling, low on a wall or on the floor.  An added benefit and ideally used for retail or commercial spaces, restaurants, greenhouses/hydroponic gardening, sun rooms, offices, warehouses and garages/workshops and the fact that the unit is stylish and blends with any interior does not limit the use of the unit. The unit is extremely quiet and its rugged construction allows this unit to be used in heavy traffic and public areas without any disturbance to surroundings. The floor/ceiling indoor fan coil is pre-vacuumed and includes a wireless controller to enable features such as 24-hr timer, fan mode only, dedicated dehumidification mode, adjustable airflow and auto swing louvers. Using the included remote controller, you can manually personalize the airflow direction or set the unit to auto swing which ensures evenly to avoid hot spots in the room and prevents a continuous blast of cold air in just one direction. Perfect example is with greenhouses and hydroponic gardening which requires precise cooling if not an entire crop can be lost.  An easy-access washable filter, easy-wipe front panel, self-diagnostics, faulty display codes and auto restart after a power failure makes this floor/ceiling unit robust and durable.

KSIR | Outdoor Unit 

 KSIR036-H218-O is a compact outdoor unit that requires minimal ground space and can be mounted to a wall with a wall mounting bracket (see accessories). Pre-charged up to 25 feet of refrigerant piping. An automatic defrost prevents condensation from freezing and damaging the compressor. The built-in base pan heater ensures reliable operation in temperature as low as 5º F. A built-in crank case heater protects your compressor for a longer lifespan.
